These terrible school shootings have called us to question how school has changed. They have also called us to question what should change about school. We know that we are approaching a time of great change and that school should not be left out of that change. The ole question is, how do we bug out with kids? This is as topic that can put a crimp in many people’s preps, however we have to preserve the next generation as best we can. Imagine if you will the loud kids with you bugging out, sounds crazy huh? Well it is the reality of the situation. What kind of situations will we run into? Depending on age it can be a struggle, some kids might not 
If you are looking to stay young mentally science is suggesting you must challenge your brain to learn new things. Like anything else if we put it on a shelf and don’t challenge our mind it gets weak. If you are on this webpage chances are you are looking to learn some new things yourself. I can respect that. If you’re in a survival situation and you’re on foot, your own bug out bag is going to be all you can manage. If you’re a parent or grandparent responsible for children in a survival situation, you can’t possibly carry everything they will need. It’s going to be crucial that your child or children carry their own backpacks for survival during a bug out. 
So the immediate questions becomes how far into the abyss do you pull a child when it comes to teaching them preparedness? The other big question is: In our world today do they not have the right to be informed about what is happening around them?
