Core Goals Standing the Test of Time.
Host: James Walton “I Am Liberty” Audio player below!
What has I AM Liberty become? Over these 6 years the show has gone from a strange learning experiment to a tactical and targeted effort to affect the nation the best way the host sees fit. As I write this I wonder if this show is just a vehicle for my own expression and will it change as much as I do over the years?
What I do know about this show is that every so often we must go back to the core. We can expound on topics and talk about news but maybe once a quarter we must refocus on what the goals of I AM Liberty really are. I have summed them up now and I think it covers everything that is important to this show. Read more “Core Goals Standing the Test of Time!”
David Jones “Prepping Up with the Jones“ Audio below!
This week Dave tackles a tough question that many Preppers have thought about. Only a few have done anything to ensure success with Prepper Leadership. If you are the leader of your group either by design or by simple happen stance you will want to know things you should do to make sure you have success. Read more “Prepper Leadership!”
Knowledge & Exchange
Ray Becker “This show” Audio player provided!
I feel the need to change gears from what I’ve been covering to something that I believe is critical. Most of us were poorly educated and in fact, we were indoctrinated. This still goes on to this very day. When did this all go wrong? Why are we in so much debt that it can never be repaid? Read more “Knowledge & Exchange”
Health Freedom almost made it into the US Consititution. Over two centuries ago, we were warned, “Unless we put medical freedom into the Constitution, the time will come when medicine will organize into an undercover dictatorship Read more “Steps to Health Freedom!”
The oath of office!
Host: Charlie “Charlie in the Box”
There has to be something special about a person who wants to get into politics. First of all lets take a look at the commander and chief, “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” This oath of office has to be one of the hardest if your taking it seriously because there is great responsibility in that position. What if that president places his left hand on the bible and with his right, signs laws that are against the rights granted to man by their creator? Read more “The oath of office!”
Unlawful Orders, Defending the Constitution
Host: Joe Prepper “Survival Revolution”
Do soldiers and law enforcement understand the Constitution well enough to know when their pledge to defend it is required? When is allegiance to people and our Constitution enough to betray an institution you belong to, and a brotherhood you love? Should our military and police officers refuse to follow orders that are unconstitutional or unlawful and risk losing their job or worse? Would you? Read more “Unlawful Orders, Defending the Constitution”
Veterans, you swore an Oath…
Host: Dave Womack “The Gun Show”
I, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God!
Your Oath NEVER expires! It’s time to keep it!
We are challenged today more than we have been in the last 200 years, to protect and defend our constitution from domestic enemies. Obama has become a dictator, and it’s up to our law enforcement, military, and anyone else who has sworn an oath to dig deep and pay attention. Read more “Veterans, you swore an Oath…”
Up to Arms, up to Arms…the feds are coming.
Host: Charlie “Charlie in the Box”
The second amendment states; A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. So why today would the people who took an oath to protect the United States Constitution and its Bill of Rights want to sign into law unconstitutional bills that will infringe on these liberties? America’s founding fathers had a real strong view on the second amendment. For instance, George Washington “A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government”…… “Firearms stand next in importance to the constitution itself. They are the American people’s Liberty teeth and keystone under Independence”. Read more “Up to Arms, up to Arms…the feds are coming.”
Has the degradation of our rights in Canada caught up with the U.S.? In a huge sidestep from my normal subject guide lines, I’m going to dive into politics this week on The Prepared Canadian. Yes, that’s right, politics. Now, the reason I don’t usually delve into this realm is because it incites a lot of personal conviction to come out and generally degrades into a you against us type of argument that never leads us anywhere good.
We have all heard a lot, and I mean a LOT about the degradation of the constitutional rights of our friends south of the 49th parallel. Some of you may think that although this is worth watching, and that Canada could never go down this road. Well, that’s a huge load of horse manure. In fact, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, which is what we call the Canadian Constitution, has had within it, a provision to enforce any legislation proposed by the federal, or any provincial legislature that they deem fit, regardless of its contravening many of the other rights we have within the charter.
But that’s not all. We have some very similar laws as the US in regards to abusive government powers which could be used for the overall good in certain situation, but could also be abused on the whim of those that believe they have control over us.
This week, we’ll take a look at the clause in the charter that allows for a blatant disregard of our rights, and which rights it refers to. Also, we’ll look at some of the laws that are on the books that draw some scary parallels to the most controversial laws enacted by the US government.

On this weeks show of Charlie in the Box radio it will be about those two topic’s that they say we should not talk about, because “it’s just going to start an argument”.. Religion and politics. When it comes to politics, I think John Adams says it best why we should be talking about politics; “I must study politics and war that my sons may have liberty to study mathematics and philosophy. My sons ought to study mathematics and philosophy, geography, natural history, naval architecture, navigation, commerce, and agriculture, in order to give their children a right to study painting, poetry, music, architecture, statuary, tapestry, and porcelain”.
Tonight, I will do my best to break down his quote and bring up other important topic’s about government and politics that I think we as American’s should be talking about. When it comes to religion I think that’s were we as American’s got it all wrong. Religion is where many Americans are divided, and we all know that we should be united. Therefore we as mature men and women have to stop acting like children and have this adult conversation. We have to put our differences aside today and find out what we all have in common and what we as individuals stand for because if you don’t stand for something you will fall for anything.
I would also like to talk about country and faith. Country is you, I, our community’s our States and the American Constitution, the declaration of independence and the bill of rights….Hopefully we can all agree on that part. If Americans are able to stand together there will be no tyranny that our enemy can send against us that we will not be able to defeat. The line has been drawn in the sand America, and you could keep backing up and drawing another one but as you can tell, your government will always over step there bounds. If you think that you can handle an adult conversation,..tune in to the Charlie in the Box radio show.
This week on Charlie in the Box will be a continuation from last week’s show, Communism and socialism in America. In our schools, our government, music, TV. shows and movies. We as American’s for far too long have been going down this road allowing government to grow too big in a short amount of time. That is one of the things that got us into the trouble that we are in now. I always say, how do you take something away from someone without them knowing it…don’t teach it to them. So how many people can name three founding fathers and what was the real basis of our war of independence, and where in the Constitution does it say that you have rights. Today they tell us that health care is a Right. Education is a Right. But when you allow your government to grant you rights always look at the other hand, because they are always going to take something away in return.
Amid the furor over recent Supreme Court cases and as 2A advocates ramp up for future litigation battles it is time to take a look at Article Three of the Constitution. At one time, the jurisprudence system of this nation was better appreciated by the many and was not considered an arcane world best left to lawyers.
As Count alexis De Tocqueville observed, “When the jury is reserved for criminal offenses, the people witness only its occasional action in particular cases; they become accustomed to do without it in the ordinary course of life,… but not as the only instrument, of obtaining justice. When… the jury acts also on civil causes, its application is constantly visible; it affects all the interests of the community; everyone co-operates in its work: it thus penetrates into all the usages of life, it fashions the human mind to its peculiar forms, and is gradually associated with the idea of justice itself. The institution of the jury,… once it is introduced into civil proceedings, it defies the aggressions of time and man… “
So, in the vein of civil duty and education, let us come together on The Preppers Poitin Hour and discuss Article Three of the Constitution.
On this episode of Charlie in the Box will be about your republic, communism, socialism and more. We as American citizens need to know how to tell the difference. The American constitution, the communist manifestos, where do rights come from? And let’s take another look at some of our founding fathers. We as Americans have lost are country and we need all the help we can get to start to fix things. So ask yourself what can I do? Trust me you can do more than you think. Freedom baby freedom it’s two generations from being lost .
