TheMrsVolfie is working towards a back to basics lifestyle that promotes health and self sustainability. She enjoys gardening, canning, quilting, knitting, reading, writing and learning. A firm believer that no matter what age or health you are, you can ALWAYS step on a new square and start each day fresh. With the heart of a pioneer and an “everything old is new again” outlook, she enjoys sharing the lessons life is teaching her. Prepping to her, is just a resurgence of the ways of our forefathers (and mothers) . Technology was designed to make life easier, not replace it! She believes in being prepared, for bad weather, economic hard times, or whatever the future may hold from day to day. For her, this is no longer a dream, it’s a journey of reclaiming of life on life’s terms. Her favorite saying is, ” Make it over. Make it last. Make it do, or do without!”
